Shipping + Policies
PinchPals™ are crafted for each order “on demand.” Shipping date ranges from 2 to 10 days.
PinchPals™ are shipped via US Priority Mail and shipping is included in purchase price for items in the contiguous 48 United States. Contact us for international or bulk purchases.
We ship to most international destinations using Global Priority Mail, For shipping quotes or larger orders contact us. Please be aware that the cost of shipping WILL NOT INCLUDE DUTY that may be assessed when it reaches your country.
We want you to be a happy PinchPals™ customer! You may unconditionally return your PinchPal™ artwork if you are not satisfied. We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) if returned within 30 days. Please contact us and let us know that you are making a return. In your return package, include a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Once we receive and verify your return, we will credit your account promptly.

All returns made after 30 days of the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Yes, sometimes we make mistakes! And when we do, we WILL fix it. Please report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receipt of order and a replacement will be sent. A digital photo of the damage and packaging is appreciated.
PinchPals™, LLC is serious about protecting your credit card, personal data, and your computer. Information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. PinchPals™ does not sell or give away your personal information, including your email address, to anyone for any purpose. We will never ask you to email us your credit card information. We will call and speak with you directly for any sensitive information. NEVER send it to us via email! We do not collect email address from other sources. If you are receiving our newsletters it is because you have ordered from us or joined our mailing list.
